We don't want you to be stuck in a contract for something you don't need. That's why we have this policy, which works as follows:
• Cancel: when canceling your subscription, you can use MyDesign until the end of the contracted period, and at the end of this period, your subscription will not be renewed.
Certainly. DesignGuy does not handle the following types of work: website and page implementation, programming, 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), animation (Motion Design), complex packaging, and we also do not design layouts for documents within platforms that are not design-focused (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
Since we guarantee a high quality of our work, we do not give refunds. But you can pause your subscription to use it in the future, whenever you want.
